"Hannibal"
of Whitetail Run
Born April 2nd 1999

Attila and Hannibal were the first American Bobtail kittens that we acquired, so we wanted unique and fearsome names for them in anticipation of having two large, “wild-bobcat-like” pussycats. That’s why they are named after two ancient warlords. They didn’t exactly turn out as large as we expected, but we loved them for their intelligence and fun personalities. Unfortunately, Hannibal caught a virus as a kitten that kept him from reaching his full potential, so he was never asked to sire any kittens. However, he was a marvelous pet and exhibited all the other wonderful aspects of the breed.
